I liked the location since the hotel is close to campus and has the Green Mill restaurant attached. The rooms were spacious, perfect for my family. Hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby were great touches. Housekeeping was friendly. they even found my iPods I left behind and returned them quick. The parking garage provided shelter from scraping ice off the car in the morning. A major downside, though, was the lack of breakfast options. Ice machines only on select floors were inconvenient. Also, my daughter had a hard time navigating the accessibility features. Despite the few complaints, I would definitely come back for the comfortable stay and nice amenities.

The manager was very accommodating when we reported that our sheets were still dirty from the previous guest. Despite this issue, the overall service I received during my stay was commendable, with staff being friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the organic pulled pork available at the on-site restaurant, which was a highlight of my dining experience. However, the cleanliness situation needs improvement to enhance the overall stay experience.

I was in a Queen room for 3 nights and it was super clean. Loved having a microwave and fridge! The located in town made it easy to stroll around. Housekeeping was friendly and always busy. Just wish the parking felt safer. didn’t see any visible security. Grabbed breakfast at the restaurant, and it was better than I thought!
